Privacy Policy

We do not require accounts. We do not upload your files. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not sell data to third parties.

Files you process — images, text, documents — are decoded and re-encoded entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API, FileReader, WebCrypto and similar standard browser APIs. None of these bytes are transmitted to easy-converter.com servers.

Form inputs to calculators, formatters and generators stay in the browser tab. We have no server endpoint to receive them.

Like any website, our hosting provider records minimal request metadata in server logs: IP address, user-agent string, requested URL and timestamp. These logs are kept for a short period (typically 7–30 days) for security and abuse-prevention purposes and are never used for profiling or sold to third parties.

We set a single non-tracking cookie called NEXT_LOCALE to remember the language you selected. It contains the two-letter language code and nothing else.

The site does not embed third-party advertising scripts, social-media share widgets or analytics trackers that profile individuals. If we ever add privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible or self-hosted Umami), we will update this policy and disclose what is measured.

Easy Converter is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children, because the architecture of the site does not require collecting personal data at all.

Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar regulations you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because we do not store personal data, most of these rights are satisfied automatically. If you have any concern, write to easy.converter.com@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may revise this policy as we add features. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
